  • Yes. All caps are released in small runs. Once a style runs out, restocks aren’t always guaranteed.

  • Our caps are made using BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) cotton.

  • Yes and yes! Each cap features an adjustable strap at the back for a comfortable, flexible fit. Our caps are designed to be worn by everyone.

  • We ship Australia-wide. For now, we are not currently shipping internationally.

  • Orders are typically packed and shipped within a few business days. During business periods, this may take slightly longer.

  • Because each Wild Shade cap is made in a small, limited run, we're not able to offer change-of-mind returns. Please take a moment to check sizing and details before you order.

    If your cap arrives damaged or there's something wrong with it, we'll absolutely make it right. Just flick us an email at hello@wildshade.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out together.

    A few things to note:

    • Items must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for return

    • We don't cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

    • Sale items are final sale
